Are you sure it's not a counterfeit knock-off? There's a lot of those out there and there are several ways to be sure it is an authentic Oyaide as it will have a double image Oyaide sticker applied to the outer barrel, it will be packaged in a small can, and to buy from an authorized Oyaide dealer.

Also, I don't know of any authorized dealers giving discounts, or good deals on Oyaide products either but I may be wrong.

Just making sure you have an authentic Oyaide product as all of my P-079's and other Oyaide AC male plug blades are all highly polished with no pitting or roughness.
