preamp and which stock caps do you have?

It's really not true Mundorf silver/oil has weak bass; it's just not one of those caps that has bass that says, "look at me." On the flipside, it also does not favor the top end, either. In fact, its forte is seamless coherence and liquidity top-to-bottom while preserving scary amount of resolution. All this, of course, depends on which stock caps you are replacing since everything is relative.
