Hello,
I just put together a speaker using Mission 8" woofer and a 1" Mission 770 dome tweeter. I modified two diferent x-overs that were different by maching capcitor and resistor (4.7md 50volt - 3.3ohm 5 watt) I dont know what the value of the coild are. Thier are two coils one on each driver. I then put the resistor and capcitor on the tweeter.
These woofers should go down to 60 clean.
(cabnet 20H x 11W x 13D)built great.
The results - verry good imaging, great highs, super mids. My problem is no deep base. Sounds like i'm missing everything under 250.
Any ideas. I'm using a NAD 2400 amp and B&K pro 10 preamp.
