Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |
|
I have done this to all my components, cables and CD's. First, take two trash bags and put your component in it and then take a vacuum and suck the air out and tie it off good. Then wrap the trash bag with a thick blanket or something. After that, put it in the Freezer for 48 hours. After that, put it in the Refrigerator for 24 hours. After that, put it in the coldest part of the house for 24 hours. After that, remove the blanket and take the component out of the trash bags and your ready to enjoy that improved sound. Just try this on one of your CD's and see what you think. You can get even more of a improvement by doing this freezer tweak two times......Enjoy

- Kudo's? a true DIY'er? Cryo treatment does make changes to metal. Using a freezer simply makes things cold-nt - gonefishin 19:13:41 10/17/05 (1)
