Hi All; It is always hard for me as an Audiophile of more than thirty years, to read threads on audio webs that are counter productive to our hobby. I believe there is an unfairness of defaming products which actually work, however; can not be explained fully. I believe this has taken place on this web in reference to Brilliant Pebbles, a product of Machina Dynamica. I would like first to qualify myself as a former Co-Owner of Richmond Audio & Video in Staten Island, New York, and have been mentioned in the Absolute Sound by a client, as one of the very best persons to set up turntables. I believe, that I am as sane as an Audiophile can be. Therefore; Brilliant Pebbles in my system has delivered the goods. My system consists of Krell amp, Classe two box pre, DCS Purcell upsampler, Levinson dac, Accustic Arts transport, two Symphony Pro Quantum components, Exact Power EP-15A & SP-15A conditioners, Two Hydra 8s, Eggleston speakers, Shunyata power cords, Jena Labs ICs, MIT MH-750 Magnum speaker cables and Bybee filters all through the system. Before Machina Dynamica, the system was very musical and one of the best I've had in my listening room. With much amusement I ordered two Lg. Brilliant Pebbles and installed them in the front corners behind the speakers. Next up I ordered Intelligent Chips and applied them to my CDs. Next; I ordered two Magic Rings and snaked my speaker wires through them. Lastly; I ordered two Mikro & two Mini Brilliant Pebbles and placed them, as in one on each Symphony Pro, one Mikro on top of the transport and the last on top of my preamp. The system at this point is several layers more refined in that, sounstage is deeper and wider, with images of voice larger and spaced farther apart. Bass is more articulat as in the midrange and treble is smooth as silk. The system has not changed in character, however; every element in it's parameter has been improved in not a subtle way. The system is more realistic sounding with no downside I can detect. I have dealt with Geoff Kait, a gentleman and a very patient man and delivers the goods well packed and quickly. They Work, money back guarantee stop moving your mouth and try them. I have no other relationship with Geoff Kait or Machina Dynamica, other than being a very satisfied customer.
