Help with clicking noise

Posted this at Tube DIY and only got one response. Thought I'd try here.

I recently rewired my 45 amp with a new driver tube (6n1p). I went through the whole amp. On the right channel I'm getting a bad clicking noise when the TVC linestage is at the mid detents. At the zero position there is hiss like pink noise. It seems like something is acting like an antennae. Got grid stoppers and grid resistors and all seem to measure OK. Could this be a bad cathode bypass cap?

TIA,
Jim D.
