You may be the physiological 'oddity' and not the norm, and may continue to 'smoke' into your 60's.
Personally, I'm not going to bet my haering on a statistical "rock" like that.
Everyone should naturally decide this risk for themselves, but others who may share their near vicinity when listening should be duly informed about SPLs in operation at the time.
