Adrian,I hate to be the one to tell you this but someone on the Bottlehead Forum purchased EC8020s from Richardson which were in fact EC8010s which can be had for considerabley less than $50.
I've included a url to the archived post which has links to follow ups below it which have pictures of the real thing for you to compare with.
I hope you haven't been ripped off, but Richardson have done this before.
