I have not tried them myself but the whole current prod. Gold Lion line of tubes errs on the side of warm. I use some of their other tubes and recommend heartily, them without reservation Jim has them.
A world of caution.- in most cases, people will say English tubes are your best shot at warmth. As Eli says not with this tube. I use Mullard CV2493s,a sub, which are not your average bear, but do not have anything warm about them whatsoever. Never met a 6922 that did. If you love your amps you may have to find your system synergy in another element. Best of luck it took me only about 7 years.
