Hi DAK,

I apologize for the delay in getting the gifts mailed out. As I mentioned when you emailed a couple weeks ago, we'd run out of the hats a while back and our previous vendor had been unresponsive on reordering. To make a long story short, it took a while to find potential new vendors and get samples and then, delivery took longer than expected.

But they just got here and look great!

I'm hoping to get them all shipped today.
