Hi, i don't mean to lay this on you since it probably isn't your department, but, i tried contacting "support" and nothing really came of it. So i hope your vast powers of persuasion will make a difference. As you mentioned when one signs as contributor you should receive certain gifts, which frankly, made joining easier being more of a quid pro quo. Anyway, i have yet to receive my "quo" and Support did not say when that would be. With no updates from Support i am inclined to believe that there will no rewards for joining. I suggest that if the promises of a gift for joining is not forthcoming because they have run out and no adequate replacement is found then that promotion should not be made to avoid misunderstandings. regards, Dak
