That's the rarest of the already rare Valvo 6201s. It was produced in Hamburg indeed, in the mid to end 50s. The pinched waste was created intentionally, to reduce microphony. The third mica was added for the same purpose. A very special tube indeed!
I've been trying to obtain some but they go for ridiculous amounts these days when they pop up. I've never been able to audition one either, but I do like the regular 2 mica version a lot for it's neutral reproduction.
I don't know tour tester so can't comment on the scores. Let us know how it sounds in your application!
