There is no IIb - that amp is a Citation II, period. Apparently a previous owner just made up the "b" business and then added a letter (in the wrong font and size) on the front/bottom plate. And the seller doesn't know that's not a model designation.
That price is awfully high BTW - Don Sachs can sell you one (you do need to supply the core) completely redone/upgraded for MUCH less.
Note that the picture may not even be the unit for sale! Buyer beware (IMHO)!
