I copied Poindexter's Musical Machine using a Harman Kardon A300 chassis a long time ago. I wanted to test my skills.It came with the original 7405 outputs.
Since 6v6 tubes were cheap and easy to find back then I gathered all that I came across. You know what? There were no bad sounding ones, small differences but none were stand out above the rest. The current versions I cannot say because frankly, I have enough.
