RE: Do All Phillips Ecc83 Have Etched Codes?

Hard to tell exactly from your 1st photo though it seems to have an etched code behind the "83C" portion of the E83CC towards the bottom of the tube. Likely that is the code that indicates manufacture location and the specific tube type. If so look immediately above and below that line of code for the 2nd code that indicates manufacture date.
