While you are at it, try 6BL8s too. All the desirable tri-pents are out of production and fast disappearing. :>( However, my hunch is that, of all the possibilities, the 6BL8 is most likely to "come back from the dead".
BTW Scott used the 6BL8 in the role the S5000 uses the "extinct" 7199 in. Scott schematics show 6GH8, 6BL8, and 6U8. Also, McIntosh used the 6BL8 in, at a minimum, the superb MR-71 tuner.
