A truer statement could not be made. Have to admit I can include myself in that group too.

About a year ago, I ran into a guy in the Pacific NW that claimed he had a 10ft X 20ft storage locker full of nothing but NOS tubes. So told him I was impressed, but asked him how did he keep track of what he had, did he use some sort of computerized list for inventory? Where all the tubes organized in the locker by tube type or tube family?
I got back a vague response, which included he had a general idea of what he had...which I took as he was just guessing...
