I picked up a lot of about 50000 tubes (don't ask), and there are several Altec branded 264C.

They are the same construction as the Western Electric version.

These are triodes and described as being useful for audio-frequency amplifiers where exceptionally low tube noise or exceptionally high input resistance are required.

Anyone have any experience with these?
