The real issue with messages created in all capital letters is not that it signifies screaming, it is that all-caps posts are much harder to read and understand.

The reason there are both upper and lower case letters in our alphabets, developed over centuries of typographical evolution, is that is that upper case letters denote something special, the beginning of a sentence or a proper name, either of a person or a product or whatever.

Without those variations in what is important, indicated by a switch between lower case and upper case, everything is equally significant, which means nothing is significant.
