Phillips was a part of Amperex. The gold pin Miniwatt SQ 6922 are great tubes. Will you like them in your system more than the Teslas? Only one way to find out. You'll never know unless you try. Always nice to have a stash to roll for variety. Depending on what job each pair of 6922 does (input, phase splitter, cathode follower, etc) you may prefer different types in different positions.
