Just to elaborate a little, the actual peak is +6dB at about 1/2Hz. The level falls again below that frequency. This *must* be remedied to use this with phono input. I agree, Max has done an excellent job, it must have taken him hours to arrive at those particular values. The use of 100K linear pots in both locations and common parts values everywhere (plus unity gain characteristics) makes this the best I've seen in a Baxandall.
