RE: PP output transformer with UL for circlotron??

From not using the UL connections?

No.

The power you will get will be based on the tube used, the way it's being used (in this case pentode in a circlotron circuit), plate to cathode voltage and idle current and the impedance of the output transformer.

Pentode operation of a pentode yields the most power vs. triode or UL operation of a pentode. (but not necessarily the lowest harmonic distortion)

Note, the output transformer doesn't care if the UL connections are used or not. The UL connections are for the sake of the operation of the tube, not the transformer.
