I think yes for safety but not always a good fit due to an amplification factor that is 70% of a 12AX7. It may not injure your amp, but it may ruin your sound.
That said I have used the 5751 a lot and have yet to have problem with them at all.
So yes try it- but hold me harmless if you have an issue with them.
