At least one data sheet I looked at...

Lists the maximum filter input capacitance for the 5AR4 at 60µF. You might be able to get away with upping C14 to 50µF, depending on the quality of the 5AR4 you're using. And what's the tolerance on that 50µF cap you'd be buying? Are you sure it wouldn't exceed 60µF?

Why risk it? If I wanted to see what effect more capacitance had on the circuit, I'd be adding it after the choke. And if I had room for it, I'd be adding a Wima DC Link (link below). Rated at 700 VDC, the word around the Asylum is that they're going to perform better (ie: sound better) than any electrolytic in your power supply.

They are available in smaller µF values (and 500 VDC ratings) if the 50µF is physically too large to fit under the Leak's chassis.
