Those are nice tubes despite what the other posters say. Based on the codes "Tk" means it's an ecc81; "1" is the 1st change code; "R" is the Mullard Mitcham plant "0" is 1960 because the 2nd line has 4 characters. The rest is week, month, day of manufacture,etc.I assume the square getter is a tall arm. These are really sweet sounding tubes and very well built, long life. I don't currently use any ECC81's, but I keep a couple pair of these in the "stash" for any future use. Not to easily found these days. I really like the Mitcham made tubes. I have several pairs of ECC82 and ECC83 long plates from Mitcham too.
