Tubes made in 1960 and after have four digits in the second line instead of only three.
So 1965 or 1975. I'm not sure how to tell the difference.
BTW If you look close you will see that the "4" in the second line is really a delta symbol. That means the tube was made in the Heerlen, Holland plant.
