Not sure about Jensen prone to DC leakage (this is what you mean?). You can measure VDC on both sides of suspect caps to see if the cap is leaking DC. IME, you hear DC leakage. Distorts the heck out of the coupled stage.
Anyhow, have you replaced the electrolytic caps? These are more prone to going bad, with time, than non-polar coupling caps.
