You will not be able to test that tube in a conventional tester..You have to run that up on dc power supply at 550v and about minus 45 to 50 on G1 and see what you measure for current across a 10ohm cathode resistor..You can even do this in a Dyna MK3 if you put SS diodes in to boost the B+ along with a 550v cap of course.
What I did for the last pair I rebuilt was to rewire it for KT90s and he is running KT120s as well because those have hefty filaments.
