These are triple mica black plate tubes (TMBP). The one with the darker pins is clearly GE and TMBP. The other one is also TMBP, but I can't see the 'etched dots'. If you see them on the light colored pins tube it is made by GE as well. Both have very similar internal structure, thus I lean toward both being made by GE.
