Just looking for some info as to what years Tungsram made there best sounding tubes. The reason I ask is that I picked up some 80's Tungsrams that have a red serial number on the side and they sound bass heavy and alittle harsh up top when compared to my Pinnacle labeled Tungsram tubes from 77' that are nicely balanced top to bottom. I'm looking to buy and don't know if I should go 60's or 70's or even the military spec ones. Any and all info would be appreciated. Cheers
