Cary may tell you it's okay, because most of the ratings are higher in the 5R4. However the 5R4 is very intolerant of capacitance directly after the rectifier. Capacitance is way too high in the SLI-80 so the 5R4 will have a short life. You may also find plate voltage drops too.
