Six of either of those will set you back serious $$$. Any of them would be a good choice. Any thought to mix'n match? You very well may find that after experimentation a combo of different ones sounds best. If you are up for a little experimenting, a tube you didn't mention that you should include for it's potential catalytic properties is the RFT 12AU7/ECC82. The RFT can be an outstanding tube to add sparkle and detail to a tube compliment that might otherwise be too dark sounding.
