Russian 6H23P EB. I've ordered two spare matched quads for my Modulus 3 preamp and also have the tube in my Parks Audio Budgie phono preamp.

I always specify checking for low noise/microphonics at checkout at The Tube Store, Tube Depot, etc., and have always received quiet tubes.

Another warmer sounding 6922 worth consideration is the JJ 6922.

Oh, the Ram Labs tubes are first-rate, too.
