Thanks very much for your help Victor. This is the reason for my confusion as the tube seems to match all of the other attributes for a real NOS tube; Larger getter, no lettering on the bottom of the mica, and the tabs are an even (not shiny) color, with the 4 tabs on one side of the tube showing no machine markings (scratches) at all and the 4 on the other side showing the markings.
