Yes, it is work. Nobody who does this will claim it's not. It's work I enjoy. Work I've been doing for years, and will continue up until I retire and probably into retirement.
The rewards are very much worth the time I put into it. The hard part is done.
They no longer owe me anything. Their purchase cost has been paid off many many times over.
