I'd pass on NOS unless you get them from a very reputable dealer. The new production Tung Sol 6V6's and Gold Lion's are very good. So are the old stock Pope 6V6's that Upscale has. I use these in a single ended amp and prefer them to many NOS. However, I have some 6V6G's that are very sweet but may not work in you amp. What 6V6's came with the amp?
