Accurate info. helps both the honest merchant and the consumer.

Philips made liberal use of the brands they owned. For instance, a "true" Amperex is made at Hicksville, NY, not 1 of their European plants.

Carefully identify the plant and date codes. When offered for sale, state labeled Amperex, but made at xxx in MMYY.

Mullard plant made 'T7s are very good stuff.
