Tubes Asylum Questions about tubes and gear that glows. FAQ |
|
We got 7 NOS Amperex-branded 12AT7s in. I tried looking up the date codes, and to the extent they made sense to me, these tubes appear to be rebranded Mullards made in Blackburn. The goal is to sell these, so let me be clear that you're helping a business. There's a code of 69 (over) 24 on all the tubes. 24th week of 1969?
There are also codes that vary a bit. Two of them are B9A1 and B9A4, which I think means Blackburn 1969 January (and I don't know what the fourth symbol means).
Any help?
thanks,
Lee
