I myself have purchased say 37 pairs of 12A_7 type tubes, from dealers or sellers listed on eBay since 2008, and never came across a dishonest one during said period in the least, to me one needs to be more concerned when buying from German sellers as some are known to sell tubes well beyond 50% of their life spam as NOS, as there are ways of playing tubes for a few hours per month here and there that doesn't leave the usual tell tales signs of usage, in my mind if a tube has been used for over a hour, it's used and should be then priced accordingly, and shouldn't be based upon what some see as greed because of supply and demand BS ethics.But know in advance the shipping from these countries can take upwards of 21 days, but what I've recoeved over the time has been well worth the wait.
