Bob's repro iron is that he uses..I put a 10khz sq wave thru both and his was cleaner.He doesn't use the same iron as everyone else does..I used a rotel SS amp with 5k non inductive resistors on the primary and ran a 10khz sq wave thru the original transformers which I have several of and one of Bob's and it was cleaner thru his..I was going to try a 20khz sq wave next.
