Tubes Asylum Questions about tubes and gear that glows. FAQ |
|
Hi, I recently picked up a pair of tubes marked Siemens ECC83, with the SH (Siemens Halske) mark. They are identical in construction and print, and have long grey plates (not welded) with medium-sized halo getters with a single getter support.
Other than the white chalky print on the tubes, they are otherwise not marked on the body of the tubes. On the bottom of one tube, between the pins, the following code is found: top line has #F (unequal sign followed by capital F); and bottom line has mC1. The other tube has no markings between the pins.
Any help identifying the tube(s) would be much appreciated.
The tubes came in boxes that look like 1970s or 80s boxes, but of course I don't know if the boxes are the correct boxes.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Brandt
