I took a quick look at your system, and IMO, you are best off with NOS tubes as they are considerably superior to the current crop of new tubes.
If you want to get more musical information, try the Amperex US white label 7308. Dynamic, warm, but detailed, huge stage, great bass foundation, focused too! Likely the best of the best for most systems.
For a modest system JJ's would work nicely - I have nothing but love for the JJ's :) But for a great ear like yours, you deserve the best.
