..... agrees 100% with your thinking, and strongly cautions against using tones and such to break in anything, and insists you break in his cables, wires, etc., with real music, especially what you like and listen to the most (and especially if it is Mapleshade CDs, of course...) ;-)

Not sure he is correct there, but he does agree with your position.
