Agreed. I can't find any information regarding Overlord as a manufacturer, nor their activities in the US.
This is the only photo that I have found that could offer some information about the internals beyond the stupid sticker.
-We see what should be a halo getter and a copper support rod
-The mica has teeth and is not the squared-off type we see with some New Sensor and Chinese-sourced tubes.
-We're probably looking at a smaller to average sized plate structure
-The colour of the mica tells me it's not later North American stock, but the plates are too short for early stock...
Actually, I think I found it. I think it's a ARBI Raytheon 12AX7. I have a sample. One moment...
