Heck, I'm excited!!!!

My intent with this project is to put together a more "modern" tube setup. This will be paired with a new (yes new) Conrad Johnson Classic 2SE preamp. I do understand the Latino 70 is a very modern version of the classic 70 and, that's perfect!

Ok - ok - I tried a modern solid state step up - Turns out I really am a tube guy!!!

My Sherwood S-5000 is still THEE finest stereos I have ever owned. And I use it every day and I call it my estate piece. Lawyers will be liquidating my estate. As I've posted in the past my obsessive nature drives me to have two "A" systems. So now I'll have one vintage tubed setup and one modern tube setup. OUT GOES the transistors.
