I have an old Sylvania 220 tube tester, about the same as their 219 tester. It has a built-in roll for tube settings. However that is very, very old and it excludes some of the more popular tubes. I purchased an updated (circa 1967) manual for it which has more settings. Here are a few of them. I know people search for these settings and hopefully this will be of help to someone.
