That would depend partially on the plate voltage of the driver for your amp. 6SN7A and 6SN7B have higher plate voltages than the 6SN7GT, WGT, and W models. Read your manual. Otherwise, the 6SN7GT, WGT and W you pick is pretty much personal and how much the driver influences the sound you hear, which also depends (even more) on how the driver is coupled to the power tubes and the quality of the output transformers.
The RCA 6SN7GT is the most colored; the 6SN7W probably the most neutral. Everything else is in between...if you can even hear it in your amplifier.
