Don't mate the SA2 to any Thiel speakers. Thiel speakers have HIDEOUS dips in their impedance curves. You can connect small Thiel speakers to the 4 Ω taps of a H/K Cit. 2 that has been refurbished ala Jim McShane. Big Thiels are 1 of the very few speakers I would not connect to a "Deuce". The impedance dips down to or even below 1 Ω. :>(
You need a carefully matched quad of EL84s in a stock configuration SA2. "Thank" Heath for the single bias network. :>((
