I saw an outboard extension for the 550, called model 610 on the net. You can do a search for it. Don't know how many additional tubes it would do, or even the el84.

a google search will bring it up. Probably very hard to find.

I had a 550 and recollect it couldn't test some tubes, incl. 7199 and el84s. It did have a useful scale.

You may have to buy another tester. I got a B & K 700 and it will do a lot of tubes. Of course there are other testers available out there.
