I know about the WLP10V; I have a WPL11 which is similar. There is no such tube as a 6ER6, the phono section of the 10V would have used four 6ER5's. Obviously, your line stage does not use these, whatever they are called. The 6EM7 is an octal base tube and won't fit your unit; the 6DR7 is the most electrically similar 9-pin tube, as I posted elsewhere.
The 5963 is a 12AU7 variant; any type of 12AU7 would be compatible, and the 12BH7 I mentioned is close enough to replace a 12AU7 in most applications. So you could try a lot of different tubes there, with new-production 12AU7's like the JJ or Mullard reissue tubes being reasonable to try first. The key question I would have is whether you need 6- or 12-volt tubes there. The unit appears to use AC heating, so a simple voltmeter should be enough to find out.
